Remote Support

If you are having a problem with InPrint 3 or you require a little extra assistance, you can ask our technical support team to temporarily take control of your machine and help you through the problems you are having.

The first point of contact with our technical support team should be a phone call or email. If the problem remains after your initial communication then our technicians may ask you if you would like to start a remote support session.

On the Help Menu, in the top right corner of the screen, you will find a Request Remote Support button, click this when advised to do so by our support team. This will open Teamviewer (https://www.teamviewer.com) which comes pre-installed with InPrint 3, our support team will be notified that you are ready and will be able to take control and resolve your issues.
